Shipping
GROUND SHIPPING: Orders placed before Noon EST will arrive in 4-6 business days. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may take slightly longer.
2ND DAY AIR: Orders placed before Noon EST will arrive on the second business day following placement of your order (excludes APO addresses.)
NEXT DAY AIR: Orders placed before Noon EST will arrive on the next business day following placement of your order (excludes APO addresses.)
Overseas Orders
Orders outside the U.S. must be placed through our customer service department by calling: 1-866-WIN-RUDY (866-946-7839). Office hours are between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm EST.
Placing an Online Order
Once you have added your selected products to your shopping cart, you may order securely online. Online ordering is encrypted for your protection. Your order is encrypted via 128 bit SSL. You can verify this by the "closed lock" icon on your browser when you reach the credit card information page in the checkout process.
Order Confirmation
Once your online order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email. Please keep this confirmation for future reference. Order confirmation can only be sent if you have provided us a valid email address. We do not share or sell email addresses to other companies.
Email and Fax Orders
We have designed our site's ordering system to protect the security of your personal information, including your credit card number. Since ordinary email is not secure in the same way, we cannot accept orders sent via email. For your security, please do not include your credit card information in any email you send to us.

"Bumper Sticker Only" Orders (Limit 3)
For customers ordering 3 bumper sticker or less the Rudy 2008 Store offers the option of sending a self-addressed stamped envelope, a check for the total amount of bumper stickers ordered, and a note indicating the Item #(s) of the bumper stickers desired to:

Changing Information After You Place an Order
Order information or delivery options cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we are unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage. If you have questions about your order, please contact us.
Returns or Exchanges
Please complete the "Return/Exchange" form located on the back of your order's packing slip. Return the completed form and the appropriate items to us via a mail carrier that can track and insure the returned package.
